Here’s how to get your funds back:

• Click the button
• Select “Sign Up”.
• Type in your email address and create an 8-character password.
• You will receive a confirmation link via email. Click the confirmation link.
• Put in your name and surname. Read the terms and conditions and tick the agree box and then click “SAVE” at the end of the page.
• Type in your 13-digit code found at the back of your tag and click “CONNECT”.
• You will be requested to supply your contact information and banking details. Please remember to select “South Africa” as your country when typing in your cellphone number and click “SAVE”.
• The last step is to review your balance in the window on the right-hand side, tick the T’s&C’s box and click “CONFIRM”.
• You will receive your refund within 3 – 5 working days from application.

Please Note: You will be charged a R5 transaction fee so you cannot refund less than R6.
